The client database contains names, addresses, contacts, telephone numbers of your clients as well as any amount of miscellaneous information. Alpha client codes coupled with a multi-record view make client identification and general navigation easy. Any number of additional recipients along with their phone/fax numbers and email addresses may be listed under a single client. Client information is used to track submissions, generate invoices, prepare financial reports and create mailing labels. In addition to the search tools built into the data screen, this database can be queried on any field(s) and any criteria. For example you can find all clients in Chicago named "John " or extract a list of all clients with the area code "212". Note that the above screen capture is the client multi-record browse window and does not reveal all of the fields actually available on the client edit/entry form.
